If you are an individual who falls into Tier 1B, please call one of the local Health Department offices to make an appointment. All appointments are full for the next two weeks. Please call after February 4, 2021 to make an appointment.

Unfortunately because our vaccine allocation was tremendously decreased, we will not be able to support any clinics outside of the ones mentioned above. Organization who fall into Tier 1B and wish to have their employees vaccinated will not be able to register at this time. As vaccine availability increases we hope to be able to deliver vaccine at a much faster rate.

How do Medical Offices request to provide COVID-19 Vaccine to their Patients?

If you represent a medical office that wishes to provide COVID-19 vaccine to your patients, please e mail the district's Nurse Manager Sarah Scouten at sarah.scouten@vdh.virginia.gov to start the process for registering to receive vaccine.

For all other requests, please allow one business day for a response as we are very actively responding to the on going public health emergency caused by COVID-19.
