Its the most wonderful time of the year and that means CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!
It's summertime and the living is easy. Fish are jumping, and the cotton is high. Your daddy's rich, and your mama's good looking. So, hush, little baby, don't you cry.

The Downtown Franklin Association (DFA) would like the help of business owners, employees and citizens to spruce up the City-provided planters scattered about Main Street and the Historic District. These large planters currently contain crepe myrtles - but we would like to add flowers and greenery to improve the appearance of our streets.
Come get a cold glass of lemonade to support a great cause!
