Peak Winds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph causing considerable damage to sturdy buildings, including roof window, door, and garage door failures. Mobile homes severely damaged, with some destroyed. Heavy amounts off rain (4 to 10 inchs.) some roads may become impassable. Flash Flood Watch remains in effect from 8PM EDT this evening through Friday evening. Some minor to moderate river flooding is possible Friday and into the weekend, especially for smaller rivers and creeks. Portions of Northeast North Carolina and Virginia, including:
