The latest briefing summary dial in some of the impacts from rainfall, coastal flooding and wind over the next 48 hours. Beyond Saturday forecast conditions will depend highly on the track of Hurricane Joaquin which remains uncertain, but has shifted east today.

The primary concern for now is flooding from rainfall at the coast as well as inland tonight and Friday, the coastal flooding at the Bay and coast which could reach levels near those experienced during Hurricane Sandy. The highest water levels look to be across the western Bay. lower Bay and at the coast.
