Our comprehensive program is based on the success of the Main Street approach. DFA integrates these four points into a practical downtown management strategy, making fundamental changes in downtown’s economic base. Committee updates will be given on March 20th at the Business and Property Owners meeting. If you would like to volunteer on any of the following committees, please call the Downtown Franklin Association office at 562-6900.
