The Downtown Franklin Association (DFA) has two (2) Board of Directors member seats open for election. Each seat is a three (3) year term. Membership for the Board of Directors consists of private citizens and individuals from Businesses who are interested in supporting while serving and promoting the Mission and Vision of the Organization. Applications for membership are reviewed by the nominating committee for presentation to the Board of Directors. All DFA Board of Directors members attend board meetings, are available for phone consultation and serve on at least one (1) committee for four (4) or more hours outside of board meetings. Regular Board meeting attendance is expected of each member.
