The Downtown Franklin Association (DFA) has four Board of Directors seats open for election. Each seat is a three year term. DFA's membership comprises of private citzens and individuals from Businesses who are interested in supporting while serving and promoting the Mission and Vision of the organization. All DFA Board of Directors members attend board meetings, are availiable for phone consultation and serve on at least one committee for four or more hours outside of board meetings. Regular Board meeting attendence is expected of each member.
