Lead organizers of this event are making a presentation Monday night, August 13th, at City Council, during the Old and New Business Agenda Items. City Council meetings are also televised on Charter Cable Peg Channels 6 and 13.
Ted Fries, one of the lead organizers, has offered to continue visiting any downtown business to discuss this event in more Detail. Please contact the DFA office if you would like to arrange a visit from Ted.
The group is also preparing “swag bags” that are going to be given to each participant. Any business that would like to market their business by providing flyers, coupons, or brochures, that would go into the swag bags, needs to deliver to their marketing materials to the DFA Office/Train Depot by Friday, August 31st, before 5:00 pm.
