Rules:

Decorate a lamp post with a scarecrow that represents your business and what you do.
All scarecrows must be up by October 3rd.
The winner will receive a free write up in the Tidewater News about their business and a $25.00 visa gift card.

The downtown Diva's and Dudes are also asking all businesses to decorate the front of their buildings for the fall season. Most of the downtown businesses are putting out a wheelbarrow along with outdoor decorations to collect food for the local food bank (Franklin Cooperative Ministries) in October. Those who wish to participate will be included in the article that they will be writing. The Diva's and Dudes will also be giving discounts to those who choose to help fill the wheelbarrows.
