TaylorMade Fitness will provide several fitness and wellness services. Those services are divided into four main categories; Fitness Training, Strength Training, Nutrition and Wellness and Skill Development. Within those four main categories services will be offered that include but are not limited to; conventional fitness workouts, unconventional fitness workouts (Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing, etc.) speed and agility training, power workouts, cross-fit workouts, nutrition education classes and meal planning, sport specific skill development workouts (basketball, baseball, softball, track and football).

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday:
5am - 1pm
3pm - 10pm

7am - 8pm
