2009 Annual Elf Parade

Young children of our Franklin / Southampton community gather at the Franklin Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce and parade down 2nd Avenue to Main Street and then on to Barrett's Landing where they are greeted by Santa & Mrs. Claus. Also includes illumination of the community Christmas Tree. All are treated to delightful snacks and refreshments.
